The Marigold Club, 2531 Kuester, hosts a Hirsch Vineyards wine dinner on Thursday, March 26, featuring an in-person tasting led by winemaker Jasmine Hirsch. The evening spotlights hard-to-find Sonoma Coast pours, including estate Chardonnay, rosé and a lineup of single-block Pinot Noirs, each paired with a menu from chef Austin Waiter and available to purchase after the tasting. Tickets are $495 per person, benefiting the Southern Smoke Foundation.
